Evangelism and Church Planting is a large part of Mark Kitende Ministries. We do so much of it! In fact, many of the things we do are a result of outreaches. Our heart is to reach the lost, and so we are constantly reaching past our walls into the communities around us, and into the United States as God opens those doors. In our churches and schools, we are challenging people to live as witnesses to their friends, family, and neighbors.
We have seen many amazing things come about through our medical outreaches, evangelism groups, and crusades. We use our medical outreaches to go into the community and bring healing to them. When our medical care fails, we let the Holy Spirit take the stage and demonstrate his love through healing. In the end, we see people healed by love and delivered from the powers of darkness.
Our evangelism groups are groups of people from inside the church that have a desire to reach the people around them. They go out once, sometimes twice, a week and love on their community. While the evangelism groups are a great tool in reaching the lost, we also believe it is beneficial to increase boldness in the people inside the groups. We love to bring people into God’s love while equipping and teaching the people that are already within the walls.
Our crusades are really something that cannot be explained… they can only be experienced. They can go on for days, sometimes longer. They are loud, powerful, and exciting. Night after night people gather around and we joyfully worship the King of Kings. People passing by will sometimes get attracted by the music and dancing to see what is happening. After this, we have different speakers to minister to the people. Each night ends in massive, powerful prayer.
